Your boss tells your coworker that they have to let them go because of work shortage, and they are the newest employee. You have been there much longer. Your coworker has a family to support and no other means of income. Do you go to your boss and offer to leave the company? Why or Why not?

I feel like you should leave the job to the person that really needs it . It’s not like they were fired because they were a bad employee, and the reasons were unfortunate . However if YOU feel like you should and it’s the right thing to do, especially without being asked, it shows that you’re a hood person and you actually want to . It’s a hard decision, but it’s kind I you (or whoever) to think that way, and I really think things work out for the best (: .
